Q: Do you have any apartments available?
A: Unless we have a note on the website that indicates that we have no open units, then YES, we have units available.
Q: Do you have any 2 or 3 bedroom units?
A: No, we only have one bedroom units and studios
Q: What utilities are included?
A: Water, sewer, gas, electric and trash. Your cable tv, phone and internet services are NOT included.
Q: Are appliances included?
A: A stove and refrigerator are provided.
Q: Are there washer/dryer hookups?
A: No, there is a laundry room with coin-op washers and dryers.
Q: How long is the lease?
A: We can accommodate short-term stays (even as short as 6-8 weeks). We often work with people who have recently relocated to the area or who are only in the area for summer/short-term assignments.
Q: What is the deposit?
A: We do not charge a deposit. The fee for the first week of the contract is $249 for any apartment. Your weekly fee after that is based on the size of the unit. One bedrooms are usually around $125 a week and studios are typically $100 a week.
Q: Do I have to pay weekly?
A: No, we can adjust your payment schedule to any timeframe you prefer. Some people pay monthly, some pay twice a month and some pay weekly. It is your choice based on what is easiest for you.
Q: How do you determine the monthly rate?
A: The weekly rate is multiplied by 52 weeks in a year and then divided by 12 months in a year to get the monthly rate. For example, a studio that is $100 a week is $433 a month ($100 x 52 / 12 = $433)
